I hate to write three posts in a row about the book but I’m pretty excited about the early response I’m seeing from others in the community about my book.
- Eric Sloof is going to mention my book at an upcoming talk he’s giving at a VMware user group meeting. There’s supposed to be 300 attendees.
- Another fellow asked about pre-ordering 10 copies. I had no idea anyone would be so interested.

Alan likes it — looks like a good blurb candidate to me!

I have just finished technically reviewing this great book, if you haven’t bothered learning PowerShell yet (why not) and you haven’t looked at the VI Toolkit then please do yourself a favour and buy this book when it is released. … Believe me, this is one book I would recommend for any VI Admin to read and store net to your management workstation.
It really is a great book, every VI Admin should have it ! Im giving a presentation in March on using the VI Toolkit at the UK PowerShell User Group so will give it the hard sell there
Not sure when the next vMUG in my area is, or if I’ll be speaking, but if i get it… It’ll be getting mentioned as well.
Thanks for the good work Hal!
On the Ditch VMUG event were Eric did his presentation on Powershell where 600 people!
