This is me right-clicking on the From field of an email.  Lots of grayed out items and no real obvious reason (that the UI shows me) as to why.

In case anyone is wondering about my Notes 8 review, that still has not happened yet.  I ran into some conflicts with the Notes 8 final bits with the company internal mail template.  I may have to set up a server and user account and test it that way, which has to wait till I have some more free time.
