Powershell Windows

So this is my new hobby lately, learning to use Powershell. I’ve been taking lots of notes, reading lots of blogs, as well as Windows Powershell in Action by Bruce Payette. Now I need to find the right place to put the things I’ve learned. Not sure if I want to use a page on my blog, a new wiki install on my website, an existing wiki somewhere else, or what. Right now all the links are in my del.icio.us Powershell tag, and I’ve got some notes in my Google Notebook and a couple of other places scattered about. I think the end result will probably be wiki-related, but not sure if I want to gravitate to an existing wiki, since I haven’t yet found any with 1) Powershell content and 2) an active community.

Gonna keep this post short as my boss may be watching. (Hi boss.) Before I go, I will leave you with these Powershell resources (most if not all of which are in my aforementioned del.icio.us powershell tag):

  • Powershell Community Extensions (PSCX): PowerShell Community Extensions (PSCX) is aimed at providing a widely useful set of additional cmdlets, providers, aliases, filters, functions and scripts for Windows PowerShell that members of the community have expressed interest in.
  • Windows Powershell Help Tool (and other free tools by Sapien)

  • And below is my Powershell blogroll at Bloglines.
