No idea what that means. 
But that was part of the subject line of an email I received this morning. I can only assume its spam, but it’s pretty hard to tell. But the funny thing is that Google Adsense picked up keywords and served foreign language ads.

Yeah, that’s the shitty Unicode rendering available in Firefox and Thunderbird. My personal rule is this: if I can’t read it, it’s spam.
