После отправки формы вам на e-mail, jabber, приходит сообщение с вопросом - действительно ли вы тот, за кого себя выдаёте ? :) Если вы отвечаете на сообщение, будем считать, что авторизация пройдена - коммент акцептуется и публикуется, вкупе с вашими данными, взятыми из vcard на jabber сервере - например с юзерпиком и url сайта. Заманчиво, не правда ли ? Не нужно регистраций на куче сайтов… Серфите и наслаждайтесь… Навеяно всё это давними размышлениями о авторизации через e-mail и недавно прочтённой статьёй о jabber и cms и этим. Уже пару дней ищу простое решения для постинга в блог via jabber. Потрогал jabber bot for wordpress - требует разрешённой функции shell_exec. Покопаюсь ещё в bloggerbot и class.jabber.php. Есть конечно centericq с возможностью поста в livejournal - но хотелось бы чего то более универсального. / Jogger - A Jabber-powered weblogging client. / - почему то умер, сайт в дауне. If mod_perl and such can pool a single database connection across multiple requests, it should be able to pool a single XMPP connection too. This would alleviate the problem that initiating a connection is expensive (thanks, SASL) and that typical CGI applications don't offer any way to keep threads running for the lifetime of the application. What the world really needs is a Jabber equivalent to database connection pooling. I think it was included in older Drupal versions. Then it was moved to contributions. Then it was not maintained, and disappeared completely.
